Ejercicios de gimnasia facial

Ella Baché te transmite algunos ejercicios de gimnasia facial que sólo te llevarán 3 minutos al día, pero multiplicarán el efecto de los tratamientos que sigas.

Garantiza el remodelado de las facciones y la reafirmación.

 

1.    Tonificar los párpados:

Reposa delicadamente el dedo índice y el dedo corazón de cada mano sobre los ojos cerrados. Intenta abrir los ojos sin arrugar la frente. Mantén durante 5 segundos y repite la acción 5 veces.

2.     Alisar el contorno de ojos:

Coloca el dedo índice en el rabillo externo de los ojos. Cierra los ojos y presiona fuertemente los párpados. Hay que mantener esta posición durante 10 segundos y repetir 5 veces la acción.

3.     Hinchar las mejillas:

Coloca las yemas de los dedos sobre los labios e hincha las mejillas. Mantener 5 segundos y repetir la acción 5 veces.

4.     Alisar el contorno de los labios:

Pon la palma de la mano sobre las mejillas, tira ligeramente hacia el exterior y di “U”. Mantén esta posición durante 5 segundos y repítela 5 veces.

5.     Tonificar el óvalo del rostro:

Apoya el puño cerrado bajo el mentón; intenta abrir la boca haciendo resistencia a la oposición de tu puño. Durante 5 segundos mantén esta posición y repite la acción 5 veces.
